There is a comfortable lounge with sofa & chair around a large coffee table. A Smart TV new in 2023, DVD player and Bluetooth CD/music player. This room opens out onto a huge wraparound balcony with sea views and table for outdoor dining

Laundry area on the roof terrace with automatic washing machine, iron, ironing board, clother airer & pegs

Pool
At the heart of the site is our magnificent pool with surrounding sunbathing terrace. Here you will find sunbeds, parasols and a refreshing shower, and have a chance to meet your neighbours.
Kitchen
Adjoining the lounge and with views of the pool and mountains beyond. The Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, cafetiere, crockery & cutlery. The dining table seats 6.
Roof Terrace
Private roof terrace with stunning sea views. Partially shaded by wooden pergola and has sunbeds for the sole use of our guests
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a sea view and sliding patio doors to the rear garden. It has a queen size bed and ensuite shower room.
The second bedroom is a twin and is right next door to the family bathroom.
Both bedrooms are on the ground floor.
Other bits
All linen is provided as are beach towels for your stay and there are two hairdryers for your use.
Bedrooms and lounge/diner are airconditioned
WIFI is available in the villas and around the pool.
