Set around a large pool in a small gated development overlooking the sea. The lounge and kitchen are on the first floor to maximise the views from the balconies to the front and rear. The villa sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has a private roof terrace with shade and sunbeds.

THE BEACHES
The beaches have soft golden sand and clear turquoise water. Directly over the road from the villa is the blue flag beach of the Sunwing hotel. Sunbeds and water sports are available here during the holiday season. Or head towards the harbour for free sunbeds at the many beach front restaurants. Our personal favourite, Green beach, is a short walk up hill before descending a path to a natural, unspoiled beach with just a few hammocks and beds for hire and a fabulous waterside lunch spot. A hidden gem frequented by locals. Don't fancy a walk? Take the car there is plenty of free parking here.
THE GOOD LIFE
You could spend your whole holiday relaxing around the pool, lazing on beaches, enjoying water sports or the many waterside restaurants and bars Makrygialos has to offer. BUT if you want to go further afield Crete is a beautiful island with generous friendly people and much more to see.
